Recipe: Tasty Vegan Choc Chip Cookies
These tasty choc chip cookies are simple, delicious, and entirely cruelty-free.
If you have a sweet tooth, these chocolate chip cookies are the perfect treat to whip up in just 20 minutes. By swapping out ingredients such as butter and milk chocolate for dairy-free options, you can create vegan cookies that are sweet, doughy, and delicious, without harming any animals.

Ingredients:
1/4 cup softened vegan butter
1 tbsp light brown soft sugar
2 tbsp caster sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp soy milk
3/4 cup plain flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tbsp cornflour
½ cup dairy-free dark chocolate chips or buttons
Method:
Heat oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4 and add baking paper to a baking tray.
Use an electric whisk to mix the vegan butter, brown sugar, and caster sugar together in a bowl.
Sift the flour, baking powder, and cornflour into the bowl, then mix well.
Add the chocolate chips and stir.
Roll the dough into eight balls.
Then, add the balls onto the baking trays - make sure you leave plenty of space between each cookie - and flatten slightly with your hand
Bake for about 12 minutes, leave to cool, then enjoy!
