With more and more people choosing vegan food, tasty animal-free options are popping up everywhere. From leading brands bringing out vegan-versions of their most popular products, to restaurants and eateries adding vegan menus, choice is everywhere.

Kroger Add 50 New Private Label Products

The biggest supermarket in the U.S. has announced that it’s expanding its popular Simple Truth Plant Based range with an additional 50 new products. 

Last year, the vegan range launched with 20 products including oat milk, deli slices and ready-to-eat cookie dough. Now the success of the range will see more products added throughout the fall, bringing the total to 75 products, with new additions including dairy-free cheese slices and chickenless burgers.

WholeFoods Launches ‘Futuristic’ Vegan Milk Created By Artificial Intelligence

Cutting-edge brand NotMilk has launched plant-based milk that was created by AI and machine-learning algorithms. The scientific process helps make the vegan milk taste nearly identical to cow’s milk. Try it now from Whole Foods Markets across the U.S. 

Yogurtland’s Salted Chocolate Soufflé 

Decadent chocolate soufflé mixed with a touch of salt arrives at Yogurtland stores. The new flavor is made with real coconut milk, which brings a rich and smooth texture to go with toppings of your choice.

Jack in the Box Adds Plant-Based Chicken

The fast-food chain has launched vegan chicken as part of two new sandwiches called The Jack’s Unchicken and Jack’s Spicy Unchicken. The patties are made from pea protein, and look like they’d convince even the most ardent meat-eater. Their trial launch is now running at outlets in Monterey and Salinas, Calif., and Reno, Nev. until December 12.
