Watch: Greta Thunberg Documentary Streaming Now on Hulu
The new film shows how Thunberg’s one-person school strike for climate change has helped inspire a new generation of climate activists.
Teenage climate activist Greta Thunberg is the focus of a new documentary film that charts her journey from “a shy schoolgirl with Asperger’s” to a global icon for the environmental movement.
I Am Greta follows the activist’s incredible last two years, which began with her one-person school strike for climate action outside the Swedish parliament, and culminated in her wind powered voyage across the Atlantic Ocean to speak at the UN Climate Action Summit in New York City.
In that time, Thunberg has inspired millions of people, and helped organize young climate activists around the world as part of her #FridaysForFuture movement. She has also spoken at key environment events and addressed world leaders, including the first ever United Nations Youth Climate Summit.
"I want you to act as if the house is on fire, because it is" Thunberg told the World Economic Forum in 2019.
I Am Greta is streaming now on Hulu, or can be purchased via other streaming services.
